I'm very proud to finally announce it: my very own website!
The most important thing about my website is that you can invite me to give a presentation. A few conditions are: it must take place in Rotterdam or the surrounding area, on a Tuesday or Thursday, between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
My team and I also have questions before the presentation, such as: the size of the audience, what profession or education they are, the type of presentation screen, and whether there will be parking for a large wheelchair-accessible van.
The presentation will mainly focus on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), the course of the disease, some trailers for films and documentaries, my own approach to life, what I do or have done in life. Furthermore, I'm open to questions, feedback is always welcome, and we'll take a photo afterward.
Of course, I'm also a guest lecture volunteer for Spieren voor Spieren (Muscles for Muscles), and I'll address this in my own presentation, albeit unofficially. I'm not asking for a fee for my presentation, but a donation to my 3FM Serious Request campaign is very welcome: https://lnkd.in/er5hh88C
My presentation usually lasts about an hour and a half because I always want to give it my all. I often invite a guest who, for example, has a connection to me and/or Duchenne and who will share something or give a short presentation.
If you'd like to invite me, my team, and my fan base, this is your chance. My wheelchair van is unfortunately in the garage because people enjoyed scratching cars in the street, but I can just rent a van.
I also have a large private event planned, but I'll definitely be publishing some information about it, so stay tuned!
